SOLERA AT ANTHEM

The Solera at Anthem Resident Portal is hosted by our Management Company, FirstService Residential. From your Resident Portal Dashboard, you may access documents such as minutes from Board of Directors meetings or community financial statements. You may also update your resident profile or register your guests or contractors. If you have questions about accessing or using the Resident Portal, please contact a member of your Management Team.

TO SET UP OR LOG IN TO YOUR PORTAL ACCOUNT

 

Click on the FirstService Residential link below. Click the LOGIN button at the upper left corner of the Welcome Home page. Enter your email and password to log in or select Create Account if you are visiting the Solera Portal for the first time. To set up an account, you will need your email address, your phone number, the Solera HOA account number from your quarterly statement, and you will need to create a password.
